Linlithgow and Stirling

On new year's eve day Sarah and I took a rode trip to Linlithgow (one of Sarah's favourite towns near Glasgow) and to Stirling. We capped off the day driving up the East side of Loch Lomond.

Ride to Linlithgow:

In Linlithgow:

An old post office for sale. Too cool.

The UK's oldest fountain.

Who can walk on these paths without falling?

Linlithgow's old castle, the site of many a royal birth.

The cathedral near the castle.

Lots of bunny poo, but unfortunately no bunnies.

The lake. Are the residents lucky or what?

Ride to Stirling:

In Stirling:

The rather phalic William Wallace monument.

Some shots from the moving car:

Couple of dogs in the back of the car here.

We stopped when the road stopped. Here are a couple shots at Loch Lomond I took while Sarah asked for directions.
